Integrating exercises that target the “Core” (Transverse Abdominis, Obliques, Quadratus Lumborum, Erector Spinae, etc.) is essential to an exercise routine to decrease lower back stiffness and discomfort. Rasmussen-Barr et al. (2019) found an association between COPD and developing lower back discomfort.
Today we honor the lives that were lost but not forgotten. We will never forget the families, friends, brothers, and sisters that lost their lives. We will never forget the brave individuals who sacrificed their own lives to save others.
