Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Some days you need to get up and move without having a strict exercise plan. There is a stigma in the exercise world that we always have to push the limits and go max effort all the time to see results. That is far from the truth. You do need days where you challenge yourself physically and mentally, but you also need days to move around and experiment with things. Experimenting with different things allows your brain and body to keep learning and growing. This is key in the development and growth of your mental and physical state of bean.
Taking chances exposes our vulnerability. An area we tend to shift away from and hide behind our exterior surface. Yet, the risk of being vulnerable is where we find growth. Exposing ourselves to unfamiliar territory will allow us the opportunity to learn, adapt, and grow as an individual.
